For 2013, the Chevrolet Traverse returns to the market with a refreshed exterior styling and a new electronics interface. In addition to this, the vehicle is using an improved set of materials on its interior as well as a number of new safety features.

Compare the 2013 Chevrolet Traverse Styles

The 2013 Chevrolet Traverse is currently offered in LS, 1LT, 2LT and LTZ trims.

The LS trim of the Traverse comes with a long list of standard features such as the 17-inch steel wheels, roof rails, automatic headlights, cruise control, keyless entry, air-conditioner on the front and rear, full power accessories, 60/40 split-folding seats on the third-row, cloth upholstery, tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, Bluetooth, trip computer, OnStar telematics, rearview camera and a 6.5-inch touchscreen display. This is also sold with a 6-speaker sound system system with CD player, satellite radio, HD radio, and USB/auxiliary audio inputs.

The 1LT trim is equipped with the 18-inch alloy wheels, heated mirrors, foglights, rear parking sensors, leather-wrapped steering wheel, remote ignition, 8-way power seat for the driver which includes power lumbar adjustments wood, and the grain interior trim.
The 2LT trim on the other hand is sold with the power-folding mirrors, power liftgate on the rear, auto-dimming rearview and driver-side mirror, tri-zone automatic climate control, and heated seats in front. This is also equipped with Chevrolet's MyLink infotainment interface which includes some features such as Bluetooth audio connectivity, smartphone radio app integration, and voice activation.

The top-of-the-line trim which is the LTZ comes with the 20-inch wheels, rear cross-traffic alert system, blind-spot monitoring system, captain's chairs on the second row, leather upholstery, driver memory functions, 10-way power seat which is equipped with the power lumbar adjustments for the driver, 8-way power front seat for the passenger, heated steering wheel, and ventilated seats in front.

Unfortunately, Chevrolet only offers a few optional features and this was probably because each trim of the Traverse was already equipped with a comprehensive list of standard features. The 2LT and LTZ trims could also be had with an optional navigation system and 10-speaker sound system with surround-sound from Bose. All of the trims except for the LS are also sold with the optional dual-panel sunroof, 110-volt household power outlet, and a DVD entertainment center which includes a USB input on the rear seat.
